TERMS: All vouchers are provided by request only when resources are available. All request must be submitted through the contact page information form. This includes:

Gas Vouchers,

Motel/Hotel, and/or
-
any additional request by circumstance

DISCLAIMER: You must be able to provide valid identification AND proof of vehicle in your name. You may not request a voucher for another person, unless it is through a verifiable agency or parent/legal guardian.

PLEASE NOTE: VOUCHERS CAN ONLY BE PROVIDED, ONCE, PER FAMILY, PER 60 days. These are extremely difficult to provide at this time and may not be readily available. All names will be added to a waiting list, if we cannot provide the voucher at the time of request. Any duplicate request will not be processed and if the family has already been provided a voucher, they will have to wait to full 60 days before applying again.
